At Bottle Rest, we are committed to getting our products to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at a flat rate of $6.99 per order. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bottle Rest purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging.To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing support (at) bottlerest.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days, minus any original shipping and handling costs. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
